4 Digit Ampere Hour Meter (IM 2501)

Four Digit Ampere Hour Meter IM 2501 is an electronic device used to measure total electric charge that passes through the circuit at a specific time. The device is used for battery charging and electroplating purposes. It controls the rectifier as per the set point. The device has a 4-digit display which shows the amount of charge as well as current flowing in the circuit, therefore there is no need to attach extra ammeters in the circuit. This model has option of Modbus interface for remote monitoring and control.

4 Digit Ampere Hour Ampere Minute Ampere Seconds Meter with 6 Digit Totalizer

IM2502C is the most commonly used Ampere Hour meter in electroplating as well as in battery monitoring applications. It has one setpoint for rectifier controller plus it has built in totaliser, which allows batching operation in plating applications and gives the total charge from rectifier in case of battery applications. The totaliser can be used to ascertain the electrolyte concentration and decide about adding the chemicals periodically. IM2502C has two displays, one for showing current flowing in the circuit and other display shows present AH count and/ or total AH count. Modbus communication is optional for remote monitoring these units.

Ampere Hour Meter With Current Limit

IM2508 is a 4 digit Ampere Hour meter with current limit setting. These are designed specifically for battery charging or discharging applications where if for any reason the current crosses a certain limit, which can damage the battery, then the relay will operate to break the circuitry. The device has a 4-digit display which shows the amount of charge as well as current flowing in the circuit, therefore there is no need to attach extra ammeters in the circuit. Modbus interface is optional for remote monitoring these units.

4 Digit Ampere Hour Meter With Timer (IM 2510)

Four Digit Ampere Hour Meter IM 2510 is an electronic device used to measure total electric charge that passes through the circuit at a specific time. The device is used for battery charging and electroplating purposes. It controls the rectifier as per the set point. The device has a 4-digit display which shows the amount of charge as well as current flowing in the circuit, therefore there is no need to attach extra ammeters in the circuit. In battery charging / discharging applications, sometimes controlling the rectifier is based on timer instead of charge.

Ampere Hour Meter with Independent Charge and Discharge AH Count

Charge discharge type ampere hour meter is used in battery life cycle testing as well as for battery monitoring in any typical battery application. A battery undergoes discharge when load is connected to battery and is charged through external supply when it is not being loaded. IM2507 has two independent displays to show charge and discharge ampere hours being drawn by the battery. Modbus communication is optional for remote monitoring these units.

Ampere Hour Minute Meter With Totaliser And Three Doser Control Relays (IM 2509)

Doser control Ampere Hour meters are specially designed for electroplating applications. This model is the same as the more popular and widely used IM2503, except it has 3 relay outputs instead of two. These relay outputs can be used for adding brightener, additive and chemical in the plating bath on the basis of Ampere Hours consumed so that the concentration of the plating bath is maintained at a constant level. This in turn ensures uniform plating as well as automation of the plating process. IM2509 has 4 digit display for AH as well as current display and 6 digit display for showing totaliser value. Modbus communication is optional for remote monitoring these units.
