A family of high-precision, microprocessor-based test and measurement instruments — the Bursting Strength Tester for paper, board and packaging, the ECOS / VCTS Electrical Check Out System for vehicle electrical testing on the line, and the KV 2500 Ampere-Hour meters. Every one is built for fast, accurate, repeatable results, with PC / Windows software for data acquisition, analysis, reporting and full traceability.
Different tests, the same DNA — precision sensing, microprocessor control, and software that records, reports and traces every result.
Precision sensing and engineering for results you can trust and defend against a standard.
Digital controllers and Windows software — consistent, repeatable, self-calibrating.
RS-232 / RS485 / Wi-Fi to a PC for live monitoring, storage and reports.
Results stored, retrieved, exported and SPC-analysed — documentation built in.
Determines the bursting strength of a material — the maximum hydraulic pressure a specimen withstands before it ruptures.

Designed with advanced electronics and precision engineering, the tester delivers fast, accurate and repeatable results across paper, paperboard, corrugated boxes, textiles, leather, non-woven fabrics and packaging materials. It is equipped with RS-232 communication and dedicated PC software for data transfer, test monitoring, report generation and result management — helping manufacturers ensure product durability and compliance with quality standards.
Watch the test on the PC as pressure builds to rupture.
Every result stored automatically; reports generated and printed.
Retrieve past tests and export data for analysis and traceability.
Precision, reliability and intelligent data management in one system. Built from premium-quality components, it provides consistent performance, minimises testing errors and raises productivity in laboratory and production environments — with complete traceability. Measuring range, capacity and clamping are configured to the material and standard.
Also known as the Vehicle Current Testing System (VCTS) — a computerized solution that verifies a vehicle’s electrical circuits quickly, accurately and reliably.

ECOS automatically measures, records and analyses the voltage and current of a vehicle’s electrical circuits, cutting testing time while improving production efficiency and quality control. Built for automotive manufacturing and assembly lines, it eliminates manual testing errors with automated data acquisition, real-time analysis and comprehensive reports. Programmable test sequences and model-specific configurations let one line test multiple vehicle variants.
Faster testing — reduced inspection time per vehicle.
Higher line productivity — more throughput on the same line.
Less manpower — automated acquisition, fewer testers.
Accurate & repeatable — consistent measurements every time.
No recording errors — manual entry eliminated.
Automatic digital reports — generated at end of test.
Full traceability — every test stored and retrievable.
Easy reject analysis — rejected vehicles and quality trends.
Process consistency — improved reliability of the product.
Why KVAR ECOS. Engineered for modern automotive manufacturing, it combines precision hardware with intelligent software for rapid, reliable, repeatable electrical testing — while keeping complete digital records for traceability and quality assurance. Its modular architecture, programmable routines and advanced reporting help manufacturers raise productivity, cut testing errors and hold the highest standards of vehicle quality.
Measure and display ampere-hours — the charge (current × time) that has actually passed — wherever the quantity of current, not just its value, is what matters.

The KV 2500 / IM 25xx Series is a family of 15+ panel-mounting, microprocessor-based Ampere-Hour meters. A 7-segment LED display reads ampere-hours and live current, with programmable set-points driving relay outputs. Current is read through a 0–75 mV shunt (programmable from the keyboard), and a floating decimal point auto-selects to the shunt value — ideal for battery, plating and process duty where the charge passed decides the result.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Display | 7-segment LED, 4 or 6 digit; floating decimal point auto-selected by shunt |
| Shunt input | 0–75 mV, programmable from the keyboard |
| Ampere-hour range | 0–500 Ah up to 0–999999 Ah (model dependent) |
| Outputs | Relay 230 V / 5 A; preset with relay; external reset input |
| Communication | RS485, Modbus, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V (optional) |
| Power supply | 110–230 VAC / 10–30, 24–48, 48–72, 110–230 VDC; battery backup option |
| Enclosure | Panel mount 96 × 96 × 150 mm, MS box, ~1 kg |
| Programming | Dust-proof membrane keyboard |
15+ variants — current range, shunt, display, communication and set-point / relay / doser configuration are set to the application. Full range at kvartech.com/ampere-hour-meter. Ampere-Hour meters also appear in the panel-instruments range on the Instruments tab.

Panel-mount indicators, counters and totalisers — RPM, length, batch, flow and time — the everyday instruments that keep a line measured and controlled. As manufactured & supplied on kvartech.com.
Ranges, inputs (NPN / PNP / encoder / analog) and communication (RS485 / Modbus / Ethernet) are configured to the application.
Take an instrument on its own, connected to the PC software for records, or integrated into the production line for end-of-line testing.
