A design is only worth what the factory can reliably reproduce. Assembly, box build and test are in-house, so quality is ours to answer for.

    Components sourced to the approved BOM, with alternates managed for availability and lifetime; kitted per batch.

  2. PCB & SMT assembly

    Surface-mount and through-hole assembly of the boards — from prototype quantities to production batches.

  3. Box build & integration

    Board into enclosure, wiring, connectors, display and fascia — the complete, assembled product, not a bare PCB.

  4. Functional test & burn-in

    Every unit powered and functionally tested against a defined spec; burn-in to catch early-life failures before they reach your customer.

  5. QC, serialise & pack

    Final inspection, serial numbering and firmware identity, your labelling and packaging — ready to dispatch under your brand.
